Please support your ideas, arguments, and opinions with independent research, include at least five (5) supporting references or sources (NOT Wikipedia, unknown, or anonymous sources). One source that must be used for this course is your textbook for this course: Dias, L. P. (2012). Human Resource Management. Flatworld Knowledge.

Format your work in proper APA format, include a cover page, minimum of 3 FULL pages of written content, double space all work, include an abstract, reference section, and cite all listed references properly in text in accordance with the 6th edition of the APA manual, chapters 6 & 7.

Remember to provide a paragraph or page number with all electronic in-text citations (references with an URL). Example: (Hladky, 2010, para.4), especially when quoting these sources and include quotation marks if needed as well.
