The three main causes of maternal deaths have continued to pose a challenge in finding solutions to improving maternal health cares and initiatives. Amongst the three causes, low education of women tops the list in finding a solution to maternal deaths. Ignorance on personal health, reproduction, and childbirth contribute highly to global deaths. This is further coupled by lack of knowledge on the use of contraceptives to prevent unplanned for pregnancies. A large number of mother’s particularly those in the remote regions do not have information as pertains to family planning (Kheiriddin, 1). This leads to complications and lack of knowledge in caring for expectant mothers. The situation may be further complicated if the mothers succumb to HIV AIDs infection.
Tasha is correct to note that the solution to health complication is not aid from the international community, but creation of wealth in the named countries. It is noted that countries with well-defined and progressive economic picture have low maternal death. This is attributed to availability of health care centers and personnel to offer treatment.
