Explain and discuss the importance of engagement as the first step in the planned change process.

Explain and discuss the value of the professional relationship as it relates to the change effort. That is, why and how is the relationship important to intervention?

Be certain to discuss the impact of diversity and cultural competence on engagement as well as the professional relationship.

It needs to be 4 paged, double space, times new roman with a reference page and a cover page but 4 pages typed full length.

This is a social work course and the first out of three courses i am taking this summer. This course is helping me to prepare for individual and diverse populations and organizations.
