Unfair terms of a contract: Protections available to consumers
This is a research proposal at PhD level on contract law. This proposal should consist of the following topics: Scientific Interest; Main research question; Originality; Technical-methodological plan; Viability, Practical relevance; Work plan for 3 years and Global divisions of the chapters. Total number of pages should be around 3-4. In the topic of “Technical-methodological plan”, focus point would be the law of England and Australia and a comparative scenerio should be drawn. This comparison should also be mentioned in the topic of “main research question” and “scientific interest”. Lastly a suggestive approach should be taken to further develop the protection available to consumers; this suggestion should mainly focus on Australian law but should be drawn in such manner that it can be used globally. This proposal should be dealt with confidentiality, there is no bindings on the number of sources used but all the sources must be mentioned in the paper.
