1. will also need to

>review the existing policies and procedddures againt the strategic plan

>monitor the trends within your external environment

>consider performance gaps/business opportunities or threats/or management opportunities

>review and prioritise all change requirements

once you have identified an appropriate change requirement/opportunity,you are to develop a change management strategy. this strategy must in clude:

>a situational awareness that

– discusses your change characteristics

– identifies and describe your organisational attributes

– identifies your impact

>a supporting structure

– team structure

– sponsor coalition

>a strategy analysis including

– risk management

– anticipated resistance

– special tactics

>a cost benefit analysis for high priority change opportunities

>a change management project plan

>relevant communication/education plans

2. continuing from 1. you are to implement and maintain the change management strategy.

>undertake regular surveys (at least 2) to ensure the team and management still support the activities based from your organisation development program.

>maintain regular contact with those implementing the action plan

>conduct follow-up meeting to ensure the implementation or action plan is being folloees

>identify and rectify issues as they arise

>ensure you coontinue to champion the program

>undertake and present a final critical evaluation of the program in terms of:

– cosys

– benefits

– opportunity costs

you are to submit the following as evidence for this task

>a journal detailing the process and steps undertaken during implementation and monitoring

>copies of surveys

> minutes of meeting

> evidence of championing the program

> final evaluation
