Conduct an interview (30 minutes ) with a civilian sales leader/sales manager in your community on Effective Self-Leadership (discussed in Module 10 of your text). Specifically discuss the five sequential stages of self-leadership.

Based on the insights gained, write 5 slide video presentation detailing the following. A) How your interviewee sets goals and objectives that properly reflects what is important and what is to be accomplished; B) an analysis of the territory and classification of accounts; C) the development and implementation of strategies and plans; D) how to maximize the effectiveness of allocated resources through the process of tapping technology and automation to expand resource capabilities; and finally, E) assessment and evaluation.

The purpose of this assignment is for you to gain a real world perspective from a subject matter expert and contrast his or her observations and comments to what you have read on Effective Self-Leadership in your text. I will email chapter 10 to the writer.
