Background:

From the perspective of a Learning and Development practitioner working within the simulated organization, write a persuasive OL strategy for the simulated organization that builds from the learning events role-modelled during the subject activities and identifies high-level implementation priorities that can be implemented over a 18 month period. The OL strategy and implementation priorities should specifically relate to the Cadexx organisational data, events and issues rather than using generic information commonly available from the internet. As guidance, document length should be 2,500words written as a multi-section business report within 6+ references draw from organizational learning literature.
