Discuss the consultative process.

Date:
Dissent about Nuclear Safety
Regular company operations require proa consultative cess, which involves the input of all the relevant stakeholders. In a consultative process, it is imperative that each stakeholder is involved in making of decisions, to either support a course or present a contrary opinion. Before making a decision on a critical matter, involving other company stakeholders, it is a significant step to consider professional provisions, as well as one’s conscience. This action helps in times of an ethical dilemma, in which every side of a coin seems to have consequences. Having conducted a critical analysis of Alison’s case, she did the best she could, at least having consulted her conscience based on her reservations. However, having had a chance to table her reservations for other members to discuss, she would not be justified to hide her opinions, only to cast a dissenting vote in the end. For this reason, it was wrong for her to cast a dissenting vote, regardless of its insignificant impact on the overall outcome.
