Discuss Causes and Effects of the Climate Change.

it’s a problem solution paper, i already have a 3 page paper that i wrote earlier but i need to expand it and add the sloutions to it the paper that i need to expand is Causes and Effects of the Climate Change

As the Random House Dictinary defines it, “climate change is a long-term change in the earth’s climate, es[ecially a change due to an increase in the average atmosperic tempreture. For example, melting glaciers imply that life in the actic is affected by climate change.” individual, local, regional, and national causes of the climate change have increased in the past century, especially the last three decades, when some countries started using nuclear resources to provide power. humans consume, communities waste, continents burn, and countries fight; each category has its own causes, effects, and soultions, and our job as human beings living on earth is to try to protect our planet from dying.

Human consumption is one of the main individual causes that affect climate change, like smoking tobacco. at the begining of the 20th century tobacco started gaining its popualrity, and people started making it a habit. as a result, hundreds of new brands were established and celebirties started getting addicted to it which made them even more popular. one of the main affects that smoking do to our plant is maximizing the amount of carbon dioxide in the air. according to Action on Smoking and Health, tobacco smoke sprays chemicals including DDT, Aldrin, and Methyl bromide which make a serious effect on the ozone layer, and also one of the main reasons of geting Cancer. Smoking is just an individual cause, there are still bigger causes that are inspired by local communites and socities that we have to consider solving.

Many local socities and communities around the world have bad waste disposal and treatment programs. Being able to handle and manage waste disposal will deffently help to have a cleaner, freasher, and more natural environment. According to the website “Conserve Energy Future”, there are several methods of waste disposal. For instant, Landfill is the most known system of waste disposal used today. This procedure of waste disposal centers consideration on burying the waste in the land. Landfills are found everywhere. There is a methodology used that eliminates the svents and threats of waste before it is set in the ground. While it is genuinely the most known way pf waste disposal, it is surely far from being the only main procces. There is also another method called recycling, but people don’t use it as much as landfill. Throughing tires, metal, batteries, and many other objects that can be recycled affect the climate by pproducing emissions of several greenhouse gasses like Methane. As the U.S Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) mentions that the greater part of greenhouse gasses originates from “burning fossil fuels” to deliver energy. Despite the fact that deforestation, industrial processes, and some agricultural activities likewise emit gasses into the environment. There are still even bigger roots that cause the climate change, they are too wide that soliving them will take a very long period of time, it is not a matter of days, weeks, or even months, so we surely have to start taking an action.

Major regional causes have been affecting the climate change. Biomass burning is one of those major causes as Julia Cole states in “Biomass Burning”. Cole mentions that “scientists estimate that humans are responsilbe for about 90% of biomass burning”. According to some studies that show us that biomass burning has ecpanded on a worldwide scale over the past 100 years, and researchers show that the hotter the earth is the more fires we get and the wider the they invade. Cole mentions that since fires produce carbon dioxide, a significant greenhouse gas, biomass burning essentially impact the earth’s environment and atmosphere. she also claims that “researchers involved in the biomass burning programe at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC)” are currently working to “quantify the effects of global fires on the compostion and chemistry of the atmosphere and the earth’s climate”.

To sum up. it is very important that we as people living on earth, must act up and start finding ways to not harm our planet, we should think of it like it is the only place in the universe that we can live in, which is true, so if that place is destroyed, we are destroyed as well, and as the Australian Politician Bob Brown once said “The future will either be green or not at all”.
