• Determine the most appropriate performance appraisal tool based on the ones presented in this module and develop a performance evaluation form for submission.
• Designs comprehensive Multi-rater, MOB, or Classical Rating Scale tool inclusive of: the form should incorporate five (5) of Zappos ten (10) core values.
