Describe ways in which you envisage QR codes being used to integrate the Internet with the real world in your own life. Would you ever consider using them to identify your own items? If so, which ones? Why? If not, why not?
Some items you may consider:
Luggage, keys, wallet, car, pets, model airplanes, cups, anything loaned, tools, and so forth
What are the privacy issues surrounding QR codes, if any? For example, what if you were not able to prevent a site from being taken down and it had information on it you no longer wanted public that was on QR codes that were out there?
Machine vision is becoming more routine with every passing year. How might this technology develop in the coming years? How might such sensing technology (as in gaming devices and machines that can read more than just codes) both help and hinder our development?
