Part 1: Communication & Diversity (approximately 1 page)
Communication and diversity are important skills/aspects of the job for the public health practitioner. You may address these together or separately.

Part 2: Professional & Personal Growth (approximately 1 page)
The practicum is designed to provide an opportunity for you to apply academic skills in the “real world” and gain public health practice experience. Describe how your practicum has allowed you to do this so far. Evaluate yourself in terms of the learning objectives on your learning contract – are you on track to meet these objectives? Elaborate to justify why or why not and suggest any revisions to your learning objectives which may be necessary.
Finally, reflect upon your personal growth – in terms of your personal beliefs and value system, how has this experience impacted you thus far?
